Evil Geniuses roster change shocks Dota 2 fans

Although this year’s World Championship was certainly not the best for Evil Geniuses, the result was not necessarily disastrous to call for such a shocking change, with the famous organization announcing changes in the Dota 2 lineup.

The new changes included the legendary Sumail “SumaiL” Hassan’s position on the bench and the departure of Gustav “s4” Magnusson from the squad, revealing Evil Geniuses’s willingness to replace SumaiL, ending the reign of two of Dota 2’s best players, especially the Pakistani professional. A 20-year-old who played an important role in winning the EG TI5 in 2015.

With the departure of “SumaiL” we are also witnessing the departure of the last member of the most famous squad in the history of the organization, which included “Fear”, “ppd” and “UNiVeRsE”, to replace the Philippine player Abed “Abed” Azel L. Yusop in his place according to the Evil Geniuses Declaration, Add Virtus.Pro to the previous Roman “RAMZES666” Kushnare substitute for “s4”.

The announcement of this new change comes amid the breakdowns and major changes experienced by a number of other famous teams after the expiration of TI9, including Virtus.Pro, INFAMOUS and Team Liquid, whose players recently announced their departure from the North American team. No doubt such changes are something we are used to seeing after every big season, but leaving big names like “SumaiL” is still a surprise for fans.
