Microsoft wins an Emmy Award on the Xbox One’s media capabilities
Microsoft’s very own device the Xbox One won (no pun intended) an Emmy Award recently in the events of the 66th Annual Technology & Engineering Emmy Awards at Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas.
The award was presented by the National Academy of Television Arts & Science, thanx to the Xbox One’s media capabilities and TV-on-demand services. As it allows a wide range of choice for the viewers to control their experience the way they want. And a vast support of media formats spread across CDs, DVDs and Blu-Rays, While having tens of channels and apps like Fox Now, WWE Network and Netflix.
“Microsoft is in good company with the likes of fellow award recipients Apple, Roku, Sony, and TiVo, and we’re proud to be awarded this honor by the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences,” a representative of the company said.
