Rumor: ZombiU is coming to Xbox One and PS4

“ZombiU” is a Wii U exclusive zombie survival title that was developed by Ubisoft and saw the introduction of many new ideas that sat it apart from other survival games at the time, but the lack of sales and disinterest in the game ensured that we might not see another “ZombiU” game for the fans remorse. But, will these rumors be true and result in a comeback for the game?

Few weeks earlier, a rumor spread that originated from a video games website that is famous for accurate rumors and details about unreleased games. It basically says that Ubisoft is currently developing a port of ZombiU for Xbox One and PS4 according to a close source to the company. But what brought the rumors back to light was the Australian Classification Board’s rating of something called “Zombi” giving it an M15 rating, it’s undoubtedly the rumored ZombiU port (minus the U which stands for Wii U of course).

So a current-gen version is almost inevitable, we’re just waiting for an official reveal and few new info on what are we to expect.

ZombiU released in 2012 as one of the first Wii U games and gained some praise for fresh ideas and concept.
