This fan managed to pre-order Fallout 4 using bottle caps

One of the weirdest ways to pay for your receipt no doubt….this fan managed to pre-order Fallout 4 from Bethesda and paying for it using his bottle caps that he collected throughout the years as a loyal Fallout fan.

As you probably know if you’ve played the game, Nuka-Cola bottle caps are considered the official currency in the franchise and it’s how you pay for items and weapons. This was what made “GatorMachetejr” send a letter to Bethesda asking them for a pre-order on Fallout 4 for his +2000 bottle caps collection, only for his surprise that Bethesda actually accepted and his copy is on the way

In other news, Pete Hines said in an interview that work on Fallout 4 is “basically done” and the release date will remain the same comes November. The team worked silently all of those years to deliver the best experience the end of this year, it’s the ip’s strength what made the developers believe that they can hype the game in such a short time and reveal the release date at the same time of the reveal itself.

Fallout 4 is coming to PC, PS4 and Xbox One November 10.
