Halo 5 appearing on PC is possible
Looks like there’s nothing impossible in the world of video games, as the wish of many PC gamers might come true in the release of the latest game in the franchise Halo 5 on their platform. Halo games have been absent from the PC since Halo 2 back in 2004.
Franchise director Frank O’Connor doesn’t see a reason not to release Halo 5: Guardians on PC. He sees that it’s actually very possible and expected especially with Microsoft’s latest push for gaming on Windows 10.
“There is plenty of chance that Halo 5 could appear on the PC. Nothing to announce at this point but it’s absolutely within the bounds of reason,” he said.
“We developed the game on an Intel platform. It wouldn’t be the hardest thing in the world to move it to PC and take advantage of PC stuff. But nothing to announce today on this chat.”
With all of the games released as “The Master Chief Collection” on Xbox One, it might be the chance for Microsoft to bring the whole deal on PC if it actually wanted to release Halo 5 on PC as well. Everything is expected with the recent focus on gamers using Windows 10.
