You can now get a full refund on PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight till the end of the year
Even though the unfortunate PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight got rereleased recently, many are still suffering from poor performance and instability in the game without having much improvements since the initial release last June. It appears that Warner Bros. had given up and allowed a full unconditional refund on the game until next year.
“We are very sorry that many of our customers continue to be unhappy with the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight. We worked hard to get the game to live up to the standard you deserve but understand that many of you are still experiencing issues.”
This time you can get a refund regardless of how many hours you’ve played the game unlike the “one week on purchase, two hours playtime” restriction. According to Warner Bros. you can expect to get refunded on DLCs as well if you choose to.
As for those who’re still on board, developers are looking in what’s causing this instability and inconsistent frame rates. A recent change in the game’s requirement asks your PC for 12GB of RAM and a GPU with more than 3GB VRAM in order to play the game at console’s quality.
Batman: Arkham Knight is now available on PS4 and Xbox One, with no technical difficulties worth mentioning.
