Rocket League to have basketball mode soon

Looks like it’s not all football in Rocket League arenas, as the game will become even more awesome (and frustrating) with an upcoming update that adds a Basketball mode to the game.

Developers at Psyonix teased the new addition with a tweet on the game’s official twitter account saying that this “hoops” mode is being worked on. Since we already have ice hokey mode, why not?

In other news, the studio confirmed that there are now more than 1 million Rocket League on Xbox One, which shows how much did the players there wait for the PS4 and PC hit indie title.

The news don’t stop here, as the developers also announced a collaboration with Dying Light devs to include a special paint job on The Following expansion’s buggy car. Watch the video below:
