All of Titanfall 2’s future content will be released for free
Unlike many other EA-published titles, Respawn’s sequel to the multiplayer shooter Titanfall will offer its players all of the future content for zero charge.
The game’s lead programmer Jon Shiring told PCGamer at E3 that the plan is to release future content for free. “One of our lessons is we’re not gonna sell maps anymore,” he told the site.
“All the modes and maps coming to Titanfall 2 after release will all be free.”
Titanfall 2 is out October 28 on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
