NP Secured a Spot in The Upcoming Dota 2 Event

Team NP did a great job recently which gave him a spot in a Lan event of the upcoming Summit 7 Dota 2 event , but the team has also receive a direct invite to Manila Masters and already commanded the attention of the top teams and organizers.

However the team got his spot after defeating Digital Chaos in the hard fought 5 game grand finals of Summit 7 NA qualifiers, but the team stumbled in the first round of the playoffs when they were swept up and through by Digital Chaos. The newly formed NA and European mix quickly wiped off the dust, readjusted themselves and stepped up to the plate – refusing to throw in the towel. In a 2:1 series, NP dominated over the Brazilian stars – SG eSports before then turning their sights onto Thunderbirds. It was a long road but NP emerged at the grand finals to re-challenge Digital Chaos – this time with the stamina and power they needed to drive home the winning results.

Summit 7 will take place once again in the Los Angeles area, The Summit 7 LAN playoffs will take place just a few weeks before The International 7, from June 14 to 18. Eight teams – invited and qualified – will be competing for a slice of the $100,000 prize pool.

Virtus.Pro, VGJ and Team Secret have been the only confirmed teams while Clutch Gamers seized the qualifier spot for SEA, CDEC for China and Na’vi for one of the EU spots. Another EU qualifier is about to kick off to fill the final coveted spot at the LAN.
