
Empire Play Dota 2 tournament launches in Dubai with 15,000 AED prize pool
Dubai-based esports organizer Empire Play has unveiled its new Dota 2 event with a big prize to be contested by some of the region’s best teams
The new tournament, which will be held with its main event at the Man Cave Center in Dubai, will witness the clash of 16 teams at the finals coming from the online qualifiers phase, which starts on 20 January and continues until 23 of the same month. The teams that make it to the main event on 25 January will compete for a total prize of 15,000 AED prize pool that includes 5 high-quality BenQ screens and one-month unlimited free subscriptions at the Man Cave Internet Center.

Empire Play launched its operations in November last year and aims to bring high-level competitions to the region with plans to hold a number of similar tournaments through 2019. It has promised to organize similar events every 4-6 weeks so keep looking forward for more events.
