The Last of Us announces theatrical one-night-only live performance

Sony announced through the PlayStation Blog that a new live event it will be holding next week, titled “The Last of Us: One Night Live,” that will bring together many of the voice actors from the game for a special one-night-only stage adaptation of the PS3 game. In lieu of a traditional “play” or stage version, the evening will consist of The Last of Us voice actors Troy Baker, Ashley Johnson, and others under the direction of creative director, Neil Druckmann, with staged readings of select scenes from the game performed live.

The Last of Us: One Night Live will take place on Monday, July 28th, 2014 at 7pm PST/10pm EST at Broad Stage in Santa Monica, California: tickets for the event are available here, and if you can’t make the one-night-only event, the performance will also be streamed via Twitch, YouTube, and PlayStation Network for viewing.
