Alex “Machine” Richardson leaves ESL to pursue freelance opportunities
Looks like ESL’s Pro League Season 4 was the last event for popular desk host and commentator Alex “Machine” Richardson, who announced on his Twitter account that he’s leaving ESL in order to pursue freelance opportunities full time.
Alex covered a range of games over the last year, including the CoD World League and international CS:GO events. After two years of working with the German organizer, he’s made the announcement he’ll be pursuing the freelancer dream full time. Alex revealed that he’s not leaving the esports scene and that his journey at ESL had been a wild ride.
“Today marks my last day as an @ESL employee. Over 2 years of opportunities, life experiences and growth. It was an absolutely wild ride.” Said Machine in a Tweet. “I’m not going anywhere! I will continue to host, cast and present; representing myself as a freelancer.”
