Assassin’s Creed Rogue is singleplayer only

Ubisoft’s last-gen’s iteration of the series isn’t going to include a multiplayer option, said a Ubisoft representative.

It was confirmed that for Assassin’s Creed: Rogue , the main focus is the story which will connect the events of Assassin’s Creed 3 and Black Flag an ties into Unity.

“With Assassin’s Creed Rogue, we have decided to focus on the core Assassin’s Creed experience, by telling Shay’s story of betrayal and vengeance as an Assassin Hunter and completing the North American trilogy after Assassin’s Creed 3 and Assassin’s Creed 4 Black Flag.”

Assassin’s Creed: Rogue is to be released for the PS3 and Xbox 360 on November 11.
