BIG will replace the French giant in ESWC 2017
A little surprise news comes from the new ESWC 2017 tournament. There is a strong German intervention in the next tournament, after unexpected changes.
BIG will replace EnVyUs at this year’s ESWC, the event’s organisers have announced.
The news comes as little surprise as the French event clashes with the Europe Minor, for which EnVyUs qualified after winning three matches in Sunday’s closed qualifier.
BIG will be joining another invitee, LDLC, and the winners of two qualifiers, the first of which saw ARES nail the highly-coveted spot at the French event.
ESWC 2017 will run from November 2-3 as part of the Paris Games Week, with €50,000 (approximately $59,000) up for grabs. With the German squad now confirmed for the four-team tournament, the list of participants currently looks as follows:
LDLC | BIG |
ARES | Qualifier #2 |
