Bioshock franchise sold more than 25 million units

Take-Two Interactive CEO Strauss Zelnick recently revealed that the sales for Bioshock franchise have reached more than 25 million units. Confirming the game’s popularity and importance to the firm.

Speaking to a technology conference, Zelnick pointed out that 11 million units of that figure belongs to Bioshock Infinite. One of the best games of 2013 and the most recent addition to the series. However, he didn’t mention anything about whether or not a new game is in development but he said that Bioshock is “one of the most important franchises” for Take-Two.

Bioshock Infinite was made available in 2013 for PC, Xbox 360 and PS3.
