Cloud9 and Splyce qualify for League World Championship

The past two days witnessed two decisive matches between four teams wanting to qualify to League of Legends’ biggest event of the year, with NA side Cloud9 and Immortals going face to face while Europe’s got Splyce and UoL competing for the spot.

Cloud9 managed to beat Immortals in a well deserved match that ended 3-1 for the former, only for it to now join Team SoloMid and Counter Logic Gaming representing the NA region at League World this year. As for Europe, it was Splyce that got the spot from UoL to join G2 Esports and H2K.

League World Championship starts September 29 and if the recent LCS finals are anything to go by, it’s about to get down.
