Disney decides to enter the competitive world of League of Legends

But Riot Games, which is responsible for organizing many events for the known game League of Legends, has been able to achieve a major milestone by signing BAMTech in a deal worth $ 350 million, the largest in the history of electronic sports.

Disney paid $ 1.58 billion to increase its stake in BAMTech by 42%, after last year’s acquisition of 33% of its stake in the company. Its total ownership now stands at 75% and now has the highest value in the company. We’ll soon hear of it’s involvement in the world of championships of the League of Legends because its great impact has become clear and inevitable.

The company manager says he is happy to have a new way of increasing the volume of their activities in a completely different way, which is a pride in the content provided by BAMTech and MLBAM over the last 15 years.
