DreamHack Austin Ends and Only One Team Wins
Many epic matches took place the last couple of days in the DreamHack Austin 2017 CS GO event, and only one team came out as the winner of $50,000 prize pool.
The Winning team was Gambit Gaming who took full control on his matches against Immortal and scoring 16_2 in both Matches who took place in Inferno and Train, However the losing team got $20,000 prize money and the rest of the teams got their prize in the following details :
1: Gambit Gaming $50,000
2: Immortals $20,000
3-4: G2 Esports $10,000
3-4: Heroic $10,000
5-6: Cloud9 $3,000
5-6: HellRaisers $3,000
7-8: Team Liquid $2,000
7-8: Luminosity $2,000
Gambit’s victory over Immortals in the final is their second championship as a squad, previously winning Dreamhack Winter in November 2016 in Sweden.
The next stop for the CS:GO world will be IEM Sydney as Astralis, FaZe Clan, OpTic, North, SK Gaming, Renegades, ViCi Gaming and Chiefs all fight for the $200,000 prize pool.
Matches start Wednesday May 3rd and continue through until Sunday May 7th. .
