Info on additional Street Fighter V fighters revealed inside its files
PC experts benefited from the recent Beta that took place on their platform to dig in Street Fighter V files, discovering anything that could come in handy. One of the information they could get is the upcoming DLC characters that will be added to the game post-release.
In the same way they found out about Balrog last week, data miners discovered a handful of returning characters that will be available as DLC to the game due to certain files containing their names. All of these characters are returning from past games and fans will be pleased to know about some of them.
The six characters are: Guile, one of the most famous fighters who strangely don’t exist in core game, Balrog returning from SFII and SFXTekken, Ibuki from SFIII and IV, Juri from Super SFIV, Alex from SFIII and finally Urien also from SFIII.
This time around however players can purchase these characters when they release using in-game earned fight money in addition to buying them with real money if they wish. DLC characters will be added one at a time according to Capcom so if you like any of these characters you’d better save up your fight money when the game releases.
Street Fighter V is coming to PS4 and PC February 16.
