Manchester City is looking for an eSports manager

The parent company of the premier league football club Manchester City FC revealed it’s looking for a candidate who will fill the role of an esports manager for the team’s eSports division.

Man City signed a FIFA player in 2016 whilst New York FC signed a top talent on April 6th. In association with the recruitment company Hays, they will be hiring someone on a 12 month contract to oversea CFG’s esports department and the CGF esports players. The role will be reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and will be responsible for managing the entire esports team across the globe, reporting back to the management.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience managing esports programmes or as a programme manager overseeing esports teams in a corporate environment.
