Misfits ex-manager launches new Overwatch team

European teams beware, there’s a new challenger in town and its name is Laser Kittens.

Formed from several Bench Boys ex-players, Misfits previous manager is aiming to make Laser Kittenz a big challenger on the Overwatch scene after leaving his ex organization. When he looked at the best opportunities possible for players from already-established teams he had his eyes on Cyclone, Bench Boys and so on.

Ali “Alicus” Saba then communicated with players and had a finalized roster of Finley “Kyb” Adisi, Luis “Greyy” Perestrelo, Carl “crems” Aspehult, and Sergie “Winghaven” Horras، in addition to Nikolaj “Zaprey” Moses and Herman “Nesh” Kobrin.

The coach for Laser Kittenz is going to be Chris “spazzo” Infante, who will also fill in as a sub when needed. Despite only having played together for few days now Laser Kittenz is actually participating at Overwatch PIT Championshiopm as “Alicus” feels his players have the required grip on mechanics and what not and he’s excited to see them compete.

Alongside with PIT the manager for Laser Kittenz is now searching for the required funding to get his team into the Overwatch League. With some spots selling for upwards to $15 million dollars it might prove a bit difficult. However, Kittenz have now doubt that they “belong” to that highly competitive scene and so they are going to make it no matter what.
