No plans to bring a Gears of War remaster on Xbox One

Many fans of the franchise had undoubtedly wished for a Halo Master Chief Collection-like treatment of their favorite Gears of War games on Xbox One. Sadly it’s not the case with Black Tusk studios.

According to Black Tusk manager Rod Fergusson in a statement of his on Twitter, he confirmed that there are no intentions to bring older Gears of War games for the new Microsoft console. However, the work on the new title is going smooth and it’s going to make an E3 apperance.

“I love the passion, but there’s no Marcus Fenix Collection. We ARE working on other exciting Gears projects. I’ll see you at E3!”

We’ve heard before about the new Gears game coming for Xbox One and that it’s going smoothly. But we’re yet to see any information or pictures about the title. Black Tusk and Microsoft are holding lots of surprises for E3 this year and we can’t wait to see what’s in their sleeves.
