Overwatch Receive Four Awards at SXSW Gaming Awards
The SXSW Gaming Awards has revealed today their winners for this year, and Overwatch took home Four awards thank to it’s fame and success , the awards are Excellence in Multiplayer, Most Promising New Intellectual Property, Trending Game of the Year, Esports Game of the Year .
Overwatch had to win against games like Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, Gears of War 4, Killer Instinct: Season 3, and Street Fighter V to get the Esports Game of The Year award, Though the biggest awards of the show went to Uncharted 4 .
But it didn’t seem like Overwatch needed it as it already won multiple Game Of The Year awards and more then 25 milion players around the world.
