Resident Evil: Revelations 2 follows the “polishing game” delay trend

Looks like developers have learned a hard lesson from the recent disappointments of 2014, i’m talking about poorly-tested games that released before they were ready. The biggest and ugliest case was Assassin’s Creed: Unity’s release which was full of bugs and serious framerate issues. And it’s why developers are taking their time nowadays to make sure their games are flawless.

After several recent delays like The Witcher 3’s, here we are in front of a new one. This time it’s Capcom’s episodic horror Resident Evil: Revelations 2 as it’s releasing the first episode February 25 instead of the original date of 17. While the full release is slated in March 20.

Resident Evil: Revelations 2 is coming to PC, PS3/4 and Xbox One/360.
