The Indian market sure can use some investing, as Esports in the country is still a new thing.

Multiple sources spoke about this saying that Riot games and many other parties are looking into expanding the Esports market more in India, as the country is considered one of the largest internet consumers with more than %34 of the population having access to internet. However, the quality of the connection is a concern and a solution should be found.

Luckily, some newspaper are reporting that businessmen are already investing in Esports in India including representatives of Riot Games, which is looking into expanding its operations in the country. There’s also plans for local Esports tournaments and leagues.
