Rocket League fans will get the chance to compete in the open-for-everyone DreamHack Summer Rocket League Championship June 17 at Sweden’s Elmia Convention Center, where 32 teams will be competing on a prize pool of $50k dollars streamed live on Twitch.
As for the other tournament, DreamHack Atlanta Rocket League Championship will be played from July 21 at Georgia World Congress in Atlanta, giving US fans a shot at another $50k prize pool with 32 competing teams in 3v3 format.
“As an organization with roots that stretch far and wide among gaming competitors we look forward to showing what we can do when cars on a pitch meet with our storied festival, and walk the same halls as many of the most accomplished professional gamers of all time.” says DreamHack’s official website. “All matches will be 3v3 played on PC with DreamHack providing the computers, stage, and hype. Bring your peripherals and a burning desire to show you can hang at the top with the best and show the world what you got.”
