Rocket League players reach 14 million and new info on Hoops update

Developers at Psyonix shared their gratitude today for the huge success Rocket League is having, as the car-soccer game has now more than 14 million players according to data on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

The team thanked all of the game’s fans for reaching the 14m mark in their game. A game that is now widely believed to be one of the best indie games success stories for having so much good things happening in a short while.

Hoops update will be free. We’ve heard about the update earlier but we now have the release date which is next week April 26. The update brings basketball to the competition of Rocket League with the Dunk House new arena, where wall-play is going to be key to winning.
