Sony’s upcoming PS4.5 gets detailed in new reports

More details have been shared with the world as of today on the new PS4 model that was rumored for a while now, making the wait for official reveal even more exciting.

One of the gaming websites managed to get their hands on reports about the new console, said to be codenamed “NEO”. According to these reports, it looks like we’re in front of a device with better CPU, more RAM and faster GPU to increase the overall performance without sacrificing quality in games anymore.

According to the reports, with every new game releasing on PS4 there will be an option called “NEO Mode” that allows owners of this device to get better graphics and more frames per second compared to the original state of the game. You don’t have to worry though, as Sony is also said to be firm about not releasing any exclusive content or games solely for the NEO, so that the original PS4 owners don’t get left behind.

PlayStation NEO will most likely be revealed at E3 this June, with a release date expected to be October this year.
