Steam hits a new record in concurrent users number
Valve’s digital platform service Steam has achieved a new feat in the number of concurrent users who are logged in to the service at the same time. Topping the previous record, a number of over 9 million users was spotted this week.
There’s no doubt that the number of Steam users is increasing rabidly to help reach 9.06 million concurrent users. Previous number was recorded in January with a total of 8.4 million.
As for the most played games, Dota 2 was on the top as it is usually. Counter-Strike: Global Offensive followed at 2nd most played game and Team Fortress 2 in the 3rd place. Peak numbers are 898,696, 596,019 and 83,363 respectively.
