Here is Syria’s representatives for the WCA 2017 MENA regional qualifiers

Despite the hardships they’re going through, eight special teams from Syria were present at the WCA 2017 MENA qualifiers with two of them advancing to the next stage to compete with other Arab countries

After several exciting games, Team Tangos and Art of Execution managed to reach the finals after the former defeated NEE in the semi while the other topped FWH. Both matches ended with a clean sweep of 2-0 games for the two finalists.

What was left of the competition was to determine the top seed of the group, and it was Art of Execution at the end of the day. A hard-fought win against Tangos in the first game wasn’t enough, so AoE had all their might poured into the second game where they proved to be worth of the 1st place. Now, Both teams are advancing to the WCA 2017 MENA qualifiers with prize pool of over 200,000 Dirhams and the chance to represent the Arab world at WCA 2017 finals in China and a massive $700,000 international pool.

The teams will be joining the following teams at the MENA region qualifiers:
Bend Over and No Fear (Egypt)، Noobies in Team and BPlease 420 (Morocco) ، Scratch the Surface and Kings (Iraq), Orcus and DogsDota (Jordan)، Team Lebanon and Team Anime (Lebanon)، Game of Thrones (Kuwait)، Five Libyans (Libya)، Team Loveless and 2K Players (UAE)، Train your Brain and Raze (Tunisia)، and Smash and Gremory Household (KSA).
