Tabata teases Final Fantasy Type-Next

Days ago, numerous rumors and speculations pointed fingers towards a sequel to Final Fantasy Type-0 due to the new cutscene made available in the HD remaster of the game. This time, it was revealed that Hajime Tabata indeed showed an artwork that belongs to the next game codenamed Type-Next.

Sadly, it was a closed event and so we couldn’t see the said artwork but Tabata reportedly said that the work on the sequel had begun right after the development of the original release concluded. However, development was halted for the team’s focus on Final Fantasy XV development right now.
