Tekken 7 makes way into IeSF’s World Championship this year

IeSF (International eSports Federation) has revealed the third title to be present at the events of its 9th worldwide championship, and it’s non other than the famed fighting game with its latest iteration Tekken 7.

With the release of the game all over the world today, IeSF announced that the title will be joining both Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and League of Legends at IeSF’s 9th championship in Busan, South Korea. Tekken series had shown up since 2012 in Cheonan, South Korea and as an official IeSF competition title in Romania 2013 and Baku, Azerbaijan in 2014.

Players will be competing November 8 when the World Championship 9 kicks off, representing their national teams in this global event. Tekken, League of Legends and CS: GO will be joined by other titles that will be revealed down the road in the upcoming weeks.
