The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will take you over 200 hours to %100
If you’re the kind who likes to finish off your games completely with all side missions and collectibles, then The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt might as well take over 200 hours of your time to see it all.
Lead game designer Damien Monnier answered a few of the fans’ questions on “Twitter” regarding the upcoming Action RPG, revealing in one of the answers the length of the game in his opinion.
@Ryldux mmmm hard to say, if you do everything I d say 200+ hours.

With a size of a game that is double what The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim presents and with 36 different endings, it’s not surprising. Actually, it might be a good thing since it might mean that the company added more quests since their last statement that said the game is 100 hours to complete.
In other answers of Damien he also talked about the resolution of home consoles and compared them to PC. He said that the PS4’s 1080p is equivalent of the PC’s high settings as he couldn’t tell them apart. While the Xbox One is locked at 900p in the meantime. Both versions are running 30fps.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt releases next May for PC, Xbox One and PS4.
