This is how Silent Hill 4: The Room looks like with Unity Engine

Perhaps it’s not the fan-favorite Silent Hill title, but we can’t deny that the atmosphere especially in the room where you’re supposed to be safe is one of the creepiest in gaming. Especially when it slowly turns into something hellish the more you play the game.

Luckily, two members of Moonville Entertainment studio made it possible for us to see how would that apartment look like if it was made using today’s technology, such as the one provided with Unity engine. The work is perfectly done and it’s identical to the original release yet all the assets are made from scratch. watch below.

Another project with same-ish idea is Allison Road which is trying to bring back that Silent Hills P.T experience being in a weird house and controlling in first person view. It’s coming sometime for PC and you can now watch the gameplay footage of the Alpha in here.
