Three teams invited so far to ESL One New York 2018
The organizers of ESL One New York 2018 announced today that they have invited another team to participate in CS:GO.
mousesports have been invited to compete at ESL One New York, the tournament’s organizers have announced.
The European side will be joining FaZe and Liquid, who replaced Cloud9 at the tournament as Tarik “tarik” Celik’s team opted to travel to Istanbul for the rescheduled BLAST Pro Series, which now clashes with ESL One New York.
The 2018 edition of the tournament will mark mousesports’ first appearance at the New York event, which has previously been held twice, in 2016 and in 2017.
If Chris “chrisJ” de Jong’s team end up accepting an invitation to DreamHack Masters Stockholm, which they have likely received as a top-five team, September will turn out to be a busy month for mousesports, who will also play the FACEIT Major as Legends.
ESL One New York will return to Brooklyn’s Barclays Center from September 26-30 with $250,000 in prize money on the line.
