Tickets for The Dota 2 International Championship sold out in 6 minutes

Valve announced that the first wave of tickets to attend the largest Esports event of the year, Dota 2 International, have been completely sold in no more than six and a half minute from being available online. Showing the growing popularity of the competitive scene worldwide.

Another patch are already online on Ticketmaster. The tournament is taking place in Seattle’s Key Arena starting August 3 all the way to August 8 for six full days.

Worth mentioning that the number of viewers reached more than 20 million last year. So we are anticipating to see how many will be attracted for this year’s edition.
