Transformers: Rise of the Dark Spark
Transformers: Rise of the Dark Spark will merge two Transformers universes, so expect a few different versions of various characters. Bumblebee, for instance, will come in the Earth and Cybertron varieties. The Earth Bumblebee is the version from the Michael Bay movies and the games they spawned, while the Cybertron Bumblebee is the one from the Dark Moon games that looks more like the Bumblebee of old.
Transformers: Rise of the Dark Spark will combine the movie universe by director Michael Bay, with the popular Cybertron universe from the previous stand-alone games.
As a follow-up title to the upcoming movie, as well as the War for Cybertron and Fall of Cybertron games, Rise of the Dark Spark will let you choose from over 40 playable characters spanning the two different universes.
The story will revolve around a hunt for an acient relic, the Dark Spark, and will feature ‘nimble, fast-paced running-and-gunning combat’ along with ‘traversal and vehicle action across open battlefields for large-scale, dynamic conflicts.
Transformers: Rise of the Dark Spark will be out later this year on PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One.
