Valour eSports wins Middle East Call of Duty Black Ops 3 tournament
With the release of Infinite Warfare, the final Call of Duty World League event in Black Ops 3 was held in the Middle East, as Valour Esports from the UAE managed to beat Team EngimaV from Jordan at the finals to win the biggest share of the prize and 1st place.
The $10,000 tournament was held in the UAE and specifically on Yas Island, gathering eight of the best teams in the region ssponsored by PlayStation with a round robin format, followed by a single elimination bracket for the top 4 advancing teams. Despite the major events being exclusive to Europe, North America and Australia this year this didn’t mean that South Africa, Russia and Middle East were left behind, as they all got further regional tournaments towards the end of the year.
