WCA 2017 MENA qualifiers are heating up with participation of TI7 winners GH and Miracle-

UAE Qualifiers may have ended, but the road for other MENA countries is still open to compete and reach the WCA 2017 region qualifiers finals and get the chance to show up on the global stage at LAN finals in China. With “GH“ and “Miracle-“, Team Liquid’s TI7 champions, confirmed to participate it’s looking to be a very interesting tournament to watch and be part of.

This year’s MENA Qualifiers for WCA 2017 global event is the first for World Cyber Arena in the region, and it’s introducing Arab teams the chance to compete on a prize pool of over $700,000 in the China main event. Organized by Esports Middle East team and in partnership with Hub Zero and MSI Middle East, WCA 2017 MENA Qualifiers are offering prizes of 320,000 Dirhams or what it equates to $87,000. If that prize wasn’t enough motivation, knowing that the two worldwide champions Amer “Miracle-“ Al-Barqawi and Maroun “GH” Merhej are present is enough to push players into participating.

Both players have formed their teams to compete in their respective countries’ qualifiers. On “GH” side we have Team Lebanon which includes:

All MENA teams will be competing online starting tomorrow and up until September 23. 2k Players (First place winner) and Loveless (Second place) from the now-finished UAE qualifiers will be waiting for all other teams in the regional qualifiers finals October 4-7th. Matches are broadcasted over at our Twitch channel and Facebook page.
