World’s largest Counter-Strike tournament to be held in August

ESL announced lately that the biggest event to ever be made for the competitive shooter “Counter-Strike” will be held in Germany next August.

The tournament takes place inside the Lanxess in-door arena Cologne, Germany. 16 professional teams will compete for the title and $250,000 prize money funded by ESL itself.

“ESL One Cologne is going to be the largest Counter-Strike: Global Offensive event in the world, Taking place in the biggest indoor arena in Germany, we’re sure it’ll be a massive hit for fans from all over.”
