Social media features to be added to Blizzard games and Overwatch is the start

Have you scored some epic Play of the Game in Overwatch and wanted to share it with your friends on Facebook without having to go through all of the trouble of recording the clip and uploading it? Soon you will be able to share instantly and much more in Blizzard games according to the new agreement between the company and Facebook.

Later this month, Blizzard will begin adding social features to Battle.net client starting with Overwatch. It won’t be only about sharing clips, as you’ll be able to live stream as well so all of your followers can join you in your games. It won’t be as great as Twitch, but it’s a good start.

Overwatch is now available on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
