Brazilian football legend Ronaldinho joins Scuf Gaming as ambassador

The Brazilian football legend and former Barcelona striker Ronaldo de Assis Moreira, better known as “Ronaldinho”, will be entering the world of video games from its widest doors, with the announcement of his collaboration with Scuf Gaming

Scuf has announced that the Brazilian star is becoming its ambassador to promote its professional accessories, which will be used extensively within the new Esports team recently formed by Ronaldinho.

In collaboration with Scuf Gaming, custom controllers will be designed for the newly announced R10 team, which will enter eSports competitions in games such as Pro Evolution Soccer.

“To perform on the pitch, I relied on the best boots,” said Moreira in press release. “In the game, I need a Scuf controller to win”.

Ronaldinho is one of the most prominent football stars and celebrities who announced their support of esports, where he recently made several supportive steps, most notably helping to establish the eLiga Sul league in PES last year.

Ronaldinho joins a long list of collaborations Scuf Gaming has made over the past few years, most notably including Activision Blizzard, Call of Duty World League, ESL and NBA 2K League.
