Cloud9 and SK Gaming might be having the biggest CS: GO roster swap of this year

Two of the best Counter-Strike: Global Offensive NA players might be leaving Cloud9 soon, as new rumors has it that they’re being swapped with players from SK Gaming in the biggest deal of 2018

Both Jake Stewie2k Yip and Tyler skadoodle Latham are reportedly making the move to Brazil, as the two Boston Major winners will be swapped for SK Gaming’s Josh “jdm” Marzano and previous SK Gaming pro Epitacio “TACO” de Melo, who seems to be not quitting competing after all.

We’ve previously reported “TACO” leaving SK Gaming as rumors suggested he’s being replaced along other members with Oleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev and Egor “flamie” Vasilyev. However, it’s been denied by Na’Vi CEO Yevhen Zolotarov days ago. Looking at “TACO” recent training with C9 and SK, we can see the possibility of the new members.

“Stewie2k” hinted at the change during a livestream saying to a fan that “Soon the community will see the outcome and I can guarantee they will be [mind blown],” Stewie2k said to a fan who donated $1,000 to his Twitch stream. “Maybe two or three changes who knows.”

Cloud9 most recent tournament win was at ELEAGUE Major: Boston, where they achieved the biggest event title for a NA team.
