
Coca-Cola is hiring for Esports and Gaming projects
The world’s most famous soft drinks firm Coca-Cola is said to be looking for candidates to take the role of leading gaming-related projects, as a part to expand its presence in the Esports scene.
The company published the announcement on twitter looking for a project manager located in Georgia state, with a salary of $50k and paid time off. Key responsibilities include event management, social media management, curation and analysing of data, agency management and internal education of Coca-Cola employees about gaming potential.
It’s likely that the company wants to start holding Esports events and tournaments as the role of Esports continue to grow. Amazon, Redbull and ESPN are all showing growing interest in this young sport for its high potential in the future.
