Hearthstone MENA Tournament announced, winner qualifies to Masters Tour

Do you consider yourself to be one of the best players in the Arab world in the competitive card game of Hearthstone? You may be interested in the upcoming Arab World Championship, where you will have the opportunity to prove it to dozens of other contenders from across the Middle East and North Africa.

The new Empire Play tournament comes with $ 10,000 in prize money, but the real prize might be the chance to represent the Arab region at the Hearthstone Masters Tour World Championship, where the qualified winner will compete against some of the world’s best players with prizes totaling $ 250,000.

The next tournament for the Arab world is divided into phases consisting of first and second online qualifiers and then the main event in Dubai, where the eight best players of the qualifiers compete locally on November 8th in the Final Event.

Online qualifiers begin on October 10 and are available to players from the following countries: Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates and Yemen. Organizers will handle tickets and hotel stay for players from outside Dubai if they qualify for the Grand Final.

The first place winner will receive a $ 3,000 prize money and a direct invitation to the Masters Tour 2020 event, while the next seven places will share the remaining $ 10,000 prize pool. Tournament’s server will be set to Europe, and the Format is “Shield Phase Conquest”.
