Nintendo plans to stop 3DS XL production

One of the websites revealed in a report that Nintendo is stopping the production of 3DS XL soon, the normal 3DS will still be available however.

This step comes after the release of the new revision the New 3DS and New 3DS XL that comes with a handful of optimizations and features like the better CPU and the introduction of a second analog stick.

No news about a similar approach in the west, but we aren’t surprised of Nintendo’s decision in making bigger screen lovers go for the newer revision which is overall better anyway.
