OPN League of Legends tournament offers $5,000 for Arab teams to grab
Overpowered Network, responsible for organizing several esports tournaments in various games in the Arab region, has unveiled its upcoming competition in noneother than League of Legends, bringing together the region’s best teams in a $5,000 competition
The inaugural OPN League of Legends tournament is available to all Arab teams wishing to register, and it will begin on April 11 and continue until the grand final on May 4. The online qualifiers will be played according to the Swiss system to determine the best 8 teams in the tournament qualifying for the main event, and then competing for the next 3 weeks.
Playoffs will continue until the final stage with the top four teams competing all the way to the grand final on May 4. Any Arab team of at least 5 players will be allowed to participate in the tournament which will be held on the Western European server (EUW) . Players are required a proof of the citizenship within Middle East and North Africa countries to receive the prize by the end of the tournament.
