The End of Fortnite? Here’s what’s happening after Season 10
Fortnite is perhaps the world’s largest multiplayer game, but rival Battle Royale games like PUBG and, more recently, Apex Legends have always had an edge over the popular game, and that we’re of course talking about a different map
Apparently, Epic Games is aware that the partial changes it made to the basic game map with each season are no longer enough, so in response to fans’ demands, the 10th season of Fortnite may be the end of the map we are used to and loved, and the beginning of a new journey for the game.
Looks like Apple has leaked a promotional image for Season 11 on the Italian Apple Store.
From the looks of it, we’re getting a new map. pic.twitter.com/2naPbsYvDA

According to a leak by the Italian Apple App Store, it was revealed via the smart phone version of the game that the so-called Chapter 2 is about to launch, bringing with it a different map, several new additions and different starting characters. Although the leaked image was quickly deleted, it has already found its way to international news sites, and we are now awaiting official confirmation.
The new additions include boats and a lighthouse, as well as a sky full of clouds (which we never saw in Fortnite despite its small importance) according to the leak. This was not the only information we found, but the names of some of the new map locations were discovered including areas like Camp Cod, Power Plant and Weeping Woods.
*Reminder* Here are some leaked POIs names from 10.30.. (they are most likely for a new season 11 map!)
Beachy Bluffs
Camp Cod
Dirty Docks
Frenzy Farm
Holly Hedges
Lazy Lake
Mountain Meadow
Power Plant
Slurpy Swamp
Sunny Shores
Weeping Woods

The new information is not really surprising for the players, thanks to a loading screen of the players’ characters waving to the Battle Bus farewell and Epic announcing an event called The End at October 13th.
It is not yet clear whether this will mean completely replacing the map as it may seem, or whether Epic will offer the opportunity to play the old map later just like Apex Legends intends to do it after the launch of its new World’s Edge map. In any case, it has been a really enjoyable journey over the last ten seasons, and we are excited to see all the changes that will come with the new chapter in the life of the most famous Battle Royale game ever.
