Will Gears of War 4 land on PC?

Even though PC gamers already have a Gears of War release to look forward to, yet they never got any game in the series other than the first one (and its upcoming remaster). Is this set to be changed with the arrival of Gears of War 4?

A leak was made by the famous retailer GAME that mistakenly listed Gears of War 4 as a PC release as well as the Xbox One, leaving much confusion about whether or not it’s legit and that it may come to PC at some point, especially with Microsoft’s recent efforts for gaming on Windows.

It’s not unusual for retailers to leak things before their time by mistake, but you have to keep in mind that many of these leaks are mere mistakes with nothing to confirm. Until Microsoft officially confirms it, treat this as a rumor.

The only confirmed Gears of War title for PC at the moment is Gears of War: Ultimate Edition, a remaster of the original 2007 solo release of the franchise on the platform.
