World Cyber Arena officially announced its partnership with Esports Middle East organization for WCA 2017 MENA Qualifiers

Since 2016, World Cyber Arena has been continuing its pursuit of constructing the eSports ecosystem of an Olympic Game-equivalent eSports scene. During last year’s WCA Global eSports Summit and WCA 2016 Grand Finals in Yinchuan, more than 20 guests from different eSports association of different countries formed an united force of WCA eSports Alliance. An alliance in the aim to bring the Olympian eSports tournament into reality. As a part of the alliance, Esports Middle East hopes to provide to that goal.

In 2017, WCA wants expand its touch further into the continent. Cooperating with our honor member of WCA eSports Alliance, eSports Middle East (ESME), WCA hopes to raise the eSports awareness in the Middle East and North Africa region with the help of Esports Middle East team.

This year, ESME will host WCA 2017 MENA Qualifiers, ranging over 3 regions of Levant, North Africa, Gulf Regions. Dota2 and CS:GO will be the official titles competing in the qualifiers, including a total prize pool of USD $85,000.
